For what I was looking for, buying from them felt smooth. I can’t speak for every situation, but in my experience it was a good purchase and I’d feel comfortable ordering again.

I ordered a pair of earrings from Wolf & Moon and overall I’m really pleased with them. They look just as cute in person as they did in the photos, and they’re lightweight enough that I can wear them for a few hours without thinking about them.
I did appreciate the care instructions being straightforward, especially the reminders to keep them away from water and perfume. That said, they do feel like the kind of earrings you have to be a bit careful with, so I wouldn’t just toss them in a bag or wear them everywhere.
I’ve been keeping them in the little pouch after wearing them, and so far they still look fresh with no tarnishing or damage. I’d probably buy from them again, though I’d just be mindful that they need a little extra care.

The colors are close to the photos, though to my eye the green looks just a tiny bit darker in person. i didn’t mind it because it still gave the look I was going for. I’d probably give it 5 stars if the photos showed the color a little more clearly in normal lighting, but overall I’m happy with them.

Not awful, just enough that I felt a little disappointed and kind of expected some acknowledgment or apology if they’re meant to be comfortable for sensitive ears. I’d probably still buy them again, but I wouldn’t wear them all day.
